Neriacanthus monotipski biljni rod iz porodice Acanthaceae smješten u podtribus Aphelandrinae, dio tribusa Acantheae, podporodica Acanthoideae. Jedina vrsta je endem s Jamajke, N. purdieanus.[1]
Rod je opisan u Genera Plantarum 2: 1096. 1876.[2]
