Sporazum o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju ili skraćeno SSP (engleski Stabilisation and Association Agreement; francuski L'accord de stabilisation et d'association) predstavlja novu generaciju sporazuma o pridruženom članstvu za države obuhvaćene Procesom stabilizacije i pridruživanja (Hrvatska, Makedonija, Bosna i Hercegovina, Albanija, Srbija i Crna Gora).
The Stabilisation and Association or abbreviated SSP ([ [ English ]] Stabilisation and Association Agreement , French L' Accord de Stabilisation et d' Association ) represents a new generation agreement on associate membership for countries covered by the Stabilisation and Association Process ([ [Croatia ]] , [ [Macedonia ]] , United Kingdom , [ [Albania ]] , [ [Serbia ]] and [[ Montenegro] ]). States which joined the EU [ [1 May ]] [ [2004 ]]. and the candidate countries for EU membership and concluded with the EU association agreements (so-called Europe Agreements ). The main differences between the Agreement on Stabilization and Association Agreement and the European agreement, generally speaking, are in the content of evolutionary clauses and the provisions on regional cooperation.

Entering into this Agreement, the state in evolutionary clause confirms the status of potential candidates for EU membership . That in itself is a higher degree of relationship than it was in its association agreements established the new member states and other candidate countries for EU membership ([ [Bulgaria ]] and [[ Romania] ]). Specifically , the European agreements have not determined the status of countries in terms of features and procedures of entering the EU enlargement process , but the candidate status for membership subsequently acquired during the successful implementation of the obligations of associate membership . In his political part of SSP significantly more than the Europe Agreements emphasizes the need for regional cooperation to stabilize South-East Europe.

[ [Republic of Croatia] ] signed the SAA [ [29 October ]] [ [2001 .] ] in [[ Luxembourg] ] u. After signing the Agreement began the process of ratification by the Republic of Croatia , the European Parliament and all member states. The agreement is [ [1 February ]] [ [2005 ]]. entered into force.
