Thanks for the remark, although posted on the wrong page [1]. The disputed edit [2] is from Jun 23, 2013 [3].
The contents are identical. Problem is: who copied the text from whome? It is possible that somebody copied the text from that site on hr.wiki. But, it is not rare case that we recognize the work of the users from Croatian Wikipedia copied on some site or newspapers, magazines, books, CD's, teletext, or aired on radio or TV, without crediting the authors.
There is a also the possibility that the very author of those edits [4] is the same author from that site, who pasted two identical copies of the text on the tz-jelenje.hr and on hr.wiki.
Unfortunately, in this case searching through the archives does not help :( [5] [6]
